 Leela Light has been a yoga instructor for over 15 years.  She has traveled the world and led teacher trainings in over 15 countries.  Leela is best known for being the founder of the Yoga Wheel aka Dharma Yoga Wheel and Free Spirits Yoga in Long Island New York.    She has been featured in magazines, TV, and in Newspapers!  Leela now dedicates her life to sharing all the knowledge she has learned to help others on their path toward Self Realization!  She loves what she does and is constantly on a path of learning and discovery. Raquel is currently in New York College for Acupuncture and on a path toward facilitating healings for others.  Raquel is a Reiki Master in both Usui tradition and Holy Fire.  She is a Board Certified Hypnotherapist and offers Past Life Regressions trained under QHHT with Dolores Cannon.  She hopes to inspire evolution and authenticity.

"My first Reiki session was an incredible experience. Raquels words resonate through me.  I was "trying" so hard to release instead she said not to try but to "allow" myself to open up my heart, mind and body.  I took her words with me to all other treatments and the release I was able to achieve and continue to is amazing.  So much prana moving through body, thought pin balling around my head and sensations I haven't felt in years.  Raquel's openness, acceptance, and energy is an inspiration to me.  As an athletic Leo, I have the need to be strong, not show weakness, be the smartest (or at least to pretend to know everything).  I don't has for help, and bury everything else.  So I appreciate the comfortable atmosphere allowing me the opportunity to heal the way I need to, but never had the means or the words for 37 years of walls I build and it's a constant mindful practice that I am so grateful my path led me to her and to all else that happens for a reason."
